Course Description: Design and implementation of communication research methods, including experimental and survey research procedures. Use of computer software for statistical analysis.
Course Objectives:

Course Description: Public relations as a communication function of organizations. Public relations process, principles, history, and practice. Analysis of environmental, organizational, communication, and audience influences on public relations practice; career opportunities.
Course Objectives:
- Explain to others what the public relations function is and how it works.
- Discuss the role of the law and ethics in public relations.
- Apply public relations theory to real life examples.
- Explain the role of research, strategy, and planning in the public relations field
